I just tried http://www.valleytalk.net/ and got the following message:
An error occurred while loading http://www.valleytalk.net/:
Unknown host www.valleytalk.net
I wonder if my DNS is down. Do I have the correct url?
ADDED: I just tried http://www.nasa.gov/centers/goddard/home/index.html and got through. These also worked fine:
Digg is the homepage of the internet, featuring the best articles, videos, and original content that the web is talking about right now.
Slashdot: News for nerds, stuff that matters. Timely news source for technology related news with a heavy slant towards Linux and Open Source issues.
FHSU, a university in Kansas, offers 200+ affordable degree programs, on-campus or online. Learn more about tuition, financial aid, admissions, or apply today.
However, these failed:
It is very strange.
ADDED again.
Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Apache/2 Server at www.groklaw.net Port 80
Is SCO trying to sabotage groklaw? :lol:Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

I think there have been problems for some time with "www.valleytalk.net". Like Sub said, take off the www and it works fine.
I'll put a post in the questions section of VT regarding the "www" problem.
But you're right Spangler, it appears there are some DNS issues in your neck of the ISP woods.

The link on SN to VT (under "links") needs to be changed to http://valleytalk.net -- apparently. Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
