Don't care about app. Haven't used, don't see a need.

    50/50 split PC/mobile.

Please don't get rid of my likes. It's basically my sense of self-worth, and I'm pretty confident I've already contributed to this forum most if not all of the worthy things I ever will. But, I do wonder how much higher my self-worth would be if posters were able to demonstrate their 'Like' for me from a phone.

Don't care about PM. I think I have 5 total ever. Apparently no one 'Likes' me that much. 'Thanks,' jackasses.

        1. Don't like the dedicated apps for forums.

        2. Don't care.

        3. Don't care.

        4. Most of my browsing is done on mobile, but it's harder to post from there. I must say that the mobile format is extremely easy for me to use (sans Thanks/Like), so that's always been nice. I would say browsing is 75% on mobile, but posting is something like 20% done on mobile.

In this age of high tech I'm surprised Kung Wu can't just scratch his butt and get the PC/mobile access split percentages.

Maybe that's why he wants to upgrade???

          Let the butt scratching begin!

            1) I'm not interested in using an app and don't want to purchase anything. I'll donate to support the forum, not app developers.

            2) Reset is OK with me.

            3) 1 - I don't save messages.

            4) 40% PC vs. 60% mobile. Higher on PC during basketball and baseball seasons.

Thanks to the support / admin team for a great, active forum.

              1. Not interested in the app Score 1

              2. Reset is fine Score 1

              3. Nobody messages me enough to worry about extra Score 2 (maybe someday someone will let me in on inside information)

              4. 15% mobile and 85% while at work on the desktop

                  - Better mobile capabilities
                  - Single theme will work on desktop and mobile (you wouldn't have to switch themes based on device)
                  - Better anti-spam capabilities
                  - Increased private message folder size

                  But this raises some questions:

                  1) Do you guys like dedicated "apps" for forums? As in, installing an app instead of using a browser to read and post on Shockernet? vb5 gives us that capability, but you have to purchase it. I personally never use them. If you guys use them on other forums and like them, give me some feedback as to what it is you like about apps vs browser.

                  2) How important on a scale of 1 to 10 is it to you that the Thanks/Like statistics don't reset? I am not clear I can keep that history, and even if I can, it may be a LOT of work to keep it versus simply resetting it.

                  3) How important is it to you on a scale of 1 to 10 to increase the number of messages you can store in your private messages?

                  4) What percent of the time do you spend on Shockernet on a PC vs mobile device? e.g. I am about 40% desktop, 60% mobile.
                  1) Nope, but just because I don't use.

                  2) 1

                  3) 1

                  4) 100% PC. I'm a Gibbs clone, except I did give up my flip phone.

                      1) Don't really care about an app

                      2) As in all my posts with a ton of likes will suddenly have no likes?! Eh, don't care. 2

                      3) 1. I'm not popular enough for PMs

                      4) 75% desktop, 25% mobile, but even while on my phone, I still switch it to the desktop version. I don't like the mobile version very much.

I'm almost always on mobile, and the browser is fine.

                          I rarely use PMs.

                            2) Irrelevant to me.
                            3) 1, but I would like to have a dislike button for posts.
                            4) 50% desktop, 50% mobile.

                              3) 1
                              4) 95% mobile 5% pc, I think this is by far one of the best mobile sites I've encountered based on functionality versus speed performance

                                1) Depends on the mobile version of the website. Right now, this site's mobile version is really good and I would not want to go to an app.
                                2) 1
                                3) 1
                                4) 85% pc, 15% mobile

Based on what has been happening recently, the better spam handling capability will be very welcom.
