Why is it so hard to post a link on this forum? I post a link and then everything after that is purple and underlined. I click "remove format" and everything stays purple. Why can't I just post a link and then type my text. Please change this forum back to normal mode.

Put the link in - like this:
http://shockernet.net/forum/showthre...d-Posting-Mode then eihter leave a space or hit enter after the link.

If you keep typing directly after the link without the space, the tag that ends the link isn't inserted and whatever you type is interpreted as a continuation of the link, which makes it purple and underlined and a failed link to boot.

I guess every time I post a link I hit enter which continues the purple-underlining. But, if after I post the link I hit space THEN hit enter, I'm good to go!
