It makes no difference whatsoever. Not everyone is an english major and could care less about a sentence pattern. Bold -faced classified ads have been used with all caps before. Nobody is writing an editorial here anyway so why the nit picking. I think that it is ridiculous to even make an issue of it.

I love people who are new to the board and think that everything should change to please them. This has been a very successful board for over a decade and has established what it is and isn't. It's not going to change for some new poster who thinks he/she knows better than everyone else who's already here and has contributed to making it what it is. And that even includes Fever :)
