Reputation system.
This is a new feature to the board. It's a VB feature, but the cool thing, is that it already calculated reputation due to user activity from the old board, which is extremely nice.
Notice in the image above, of our local Kung Wu Master, you can see a few things that I'll point out. The green bars below his User Rank, is his reputation bar. It increases over time, and will increase due to a few things, that I'll keep secret, so people don't go crazy with it. But it consists of a multitude of items, from days active on the board, to posting, to user interaction, to the biggest, receiving reputation from others, and a few secret other things.
Receiving reputation/Giving repuation: Notice in the image posted, that at the bottom left there are a few buttons. You will not have all of the buttons, as I have a few specific to being an admin, but everyone should have the little "star" and the "triangle" as buttons. Focus on the star. If you find a post that you really enjoy, and you want to show someone that you agree with them, click the little star. You can even leave a message to them, something like "Heck yeah, Stutz to the NBA would great." And everyone should get a notification, if you have notifications turned on for receiving rep. It will add a point of reputation to them. It's a great system to show respect for great posts, because I know that I'll really like a post, but don't want to reply to take up a whole post just by saying "yeah, I agree" or "+1" because now this button is truly the "+1."
