Wonder what your guys' opinion on the comment system is? The thing I don't like about it is unless you have posted on the thread, you aren't really notified when a new comment is posted. That means the people participating in the post that has comments are notified, but it seems like lots of people would miss really good posts due to the posts just being a comment.

I am thinking about turning them off, and going back to always just Reply with Quote -- seems like it might be easier to follow new conversations that way. I can't decide.

Sometimes I have to hunt for a notified comment and it may be on a previous page than the one it takes you to.

I use the "comment" but would not miss it at all.

I _think_ I have turned off the ability to "Comment" for all users, except moderators. I want to see how that goes for a week. I think the comment system really causes us to miss a lot of really good back and forth between you guys.
