How to block others

Second, is there still a way to block out someone who you don't want to follow. I know this was available at one time, and I looked to see if available here, but maybe missing something.

Yes, but unfortunately I don't think it works very well -- if at all. It seems like it works for a few days and then just resets itself.

It doesn't work...I have been trying to block Kung Wu forever. Like a bad cold...he keeps coming back. Oh well, such is life.
