By the way, Marco Rubio’s closing argument:

    A Generational Choice

It's funny, I know a guy who believes that our country is already a country where only the rich can succeed, where the rich hoard their money and buy pleasure toys instead of helping others by investing in new ventures. I wonder what he thinks of Mr. Rubio's story and his pitch.

        Now this:

If I were Michael Steele, I would be running ads nationwide.

A PERFECT example of the Democrats believing they know better than you.

If you are poor you need to be given entitlements and protected because you are A) too stupid B)been cheated or oppressed unfairly or C) a combination of both.

If you are rich, then you need to pay "your fair share" and in all liklihood, you got rich either by cheating the system or on the backs of the poor.

You folks in Florida are too stupid to vote for what is right, so we will help you with the decision by asking Meek to withdraw and endorse Crist.

That is the Democratic message, and it comes from THE TOP. Not some lackey wild child, this comes from FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON and you know it's with the blessing and demand of the current President as well.

So what is going on nationwide?

There seems to be a pattern of personal attacks and or voter tampering (that's what I call asking the Democratic candidate to step down) all over the land.

The Florida thing stinks of total desperation. Perhaps some internal polls in Del, CT, Wa, WV or Cal has them scared and they are doing anything they can think of, anywhere, to hold a seat and somehow keep a majority.

Rand Paul, personal attack. Meg Whitman, personal attack. Christine O'Donnell, personal attack. Marco Rubio, voter tampering. Alaska...ok Alaska is just fouled up. Daniel Webster, personal attack and slandered by Alan Grayson. Sharon Angle, personal attack.

Well according to the article, despite pressure to do so, Meek is not dropping out - good on Meek for the sake of his own integrity. Meek strikes me as an earnest Liberal and endorsing a clown like Charlie Crist would probably, and rightly, make his skin crawl.

It is desperate but that is what happens when a party begins to realize it is going to get pounded nationally. Let’s hope your speculation is right and internal polls in other Senate races have the Democrats very worried. Regardless, I still think odds are they will hold on to the Senate – but it is so hard to tell in this environment.
