Money laundering at General Motors

It was revealed today that General Motors donated $41K to the Congressional Black Caucus.

We the taxpayers are 60% stockholders in that company. Aren't they using our money to donate to politicians? The same politicians who voted to give them our money? What a nice tidy circle of love.

Should we assume that the CBC and the other politicians given GM's laundered money will give it back?
