Should God invoice BP for oil cleanup?

Now that the predictable has happened - oil-eating microbes chowing down on the oil in the Gulf - should God bill BP for the cleanup? If he does, could His right-hand man (The Anointed One Barack Obama) collect the check and hand it off to The Big Guy?

There's got to be a way "The One" can be involved doing something worthwhile on this disaster.
