A nominee with no experience coming from a President with no experience. -
She will be nearly impossible to question since she hasn't ruled on anything.
I want to learn more about her. I am wary that the left is whining, complaining she is too conservative.....I HIGHLY doubt that to be the case but it's exactly the kind of spin I expect from this administration but I am willing to see her go through the vetting process before rendering my meaningless judgment.
Her comments on DADT and removing recruiters from Haaaahvaaahhd grounds are troubling.....her comments on treating terrorists in a way other than common criminals is encouraging.
It matters not in slightest....but could she be Rachel Maddow's mother?
It seems to be wildly held she is friendly and personable...making attacking her problematic for the right (shocking huh?).

From the little bit I've read so far, it makes perfect sense. She seems to believe in the power of the executive branch. That she seems to be a nominee that would move the SCOTUS toward the right makes me highly skeptical. Upholding the presidential power-grabs is not a good thing for the country. Like them or not, the people's power lies with our representatives in Congress.
