Given yesterday's little mess with a trade, why not allow the federal government to review all stock market trades to make sure they are "right" before being executed?

Could be a hack attempt. Therefore, not only do we need to have the SEC screen all transactions, we need to have the Department of Homeland Defense monitor everything as well.Comment
