What's wrong with the quote about not blowing your money? I think that should be common sense. I guess not to the righties after the spending spree Bushy put us through for eight years.

Please compare the deficit spending of the past 100 years and of Obama's first year in office. Higher in 2009 than over the totality of U.S history you say? And he's lecturing us about belt-tightening? That's the pinnacle of hypocrisy.

The fact that President Obama uses a teleprompter to deliver prepared remarks is not a big deal and I never wrote that it was. It only became an issue, in part, due to frequency of its use by the President and the odd places where he decided to rely on it. I remember him using a teleprompter to speak to a room full of twelve people – which is kind of funny and certainly creates a really weird visual.

rjl’s epithet laced little missive was vulgar, nasty, insulting, condescending, and pathetic. Which I thought was a bit out of character –I seem to recall rjl actually making decent points in the past.
