This is an easy one.
The woman is Obama's favorite type of person: a victim.
Obviously she's in line to become Obama's "Privacy Rights Czar". A position created to allow another victim of the evil American Constitution to exact revenge on society.
She will be allowed to create an entirely new government bureaucracy with $452 million dollars in taxpayer dollars.
Her first order of business will be to mandate that everyone wear pajamas to bed.
Second order of business is to establish rules to govern the changing of clothes. Each person will be given 3.7 seconds in which to change undergarments, regardless of your location. According to the $112 million study commission by her department, completed by ACORN, that is the optimum amount of time required to change clothes, thus reducing the potential for someone trespassing on your private property from seeing you.
Random inspections will begin January 1, conducted by her enforcement team of 900 agents - all of whom are from Chicago and are members of Jeremiah Wright's church(just a silly coincidence according Robert Gibbs). Salaries start at $666 per week and agents will be exempt from the "robust public option" just like all the legistlators in Washington.
