You get less smart every day.

Stop calling it a public option. It is a government option. Better yet, follow your esteemed leader's soon to be idea....just drop dead and let those of us capable of making a difference, actually make a difference.

"Robust public option" is one of the more stupid things I have heard....and coming from you that says a lot.

Our President is a fraud. He doesn't believe in freedom. You can whine all you want about Rush and Glenn, it doesn't matter. The truth is in his own words.

    Btw, WE'RE just getting started.

I believe the majority of Americans say they want the gov't to stay away from running healthcare and only around 30-35 support it. The fact that the Dems are still trying with all their might to push it says a lot. The fact that they can't get enough of themselves to pass it also says a lot.

The Dems want to model it after MA. Their healthcare system absolutely sucks right now and is getting worse.

All you need to know is that Congress will make themselves exempt from it.

Poll Reveals Change Of Heart On Health Care

          October 21, 2009

A clear majority of Americans now support a government-run health care plan that would be allowed to compete with private insurers, also known as the public option, according to a recent Washington Post-ABC News Poll. The news is a surprising shift from the low approval ratings the same option received just months ago. Washington Post Poll Director Jon Cohen explains the findings and the factors behind Americans' change of heart.
          From the Transcript:

Mr. COHEN: We asked a specific question, and as we can talk about so much of the public opinion on this depends on exactly how you ask the question and the messaging behind this. We asked, you know, would you support or oppose having the government create a new health insurance plans compete with private health insurance plans. Fifty-seven percent in our new polls support that idea, 40 percent oppose.

Gallup poll shows opposition rising to Obama-care.

People believing health care cost will get worse under Obama rose from 42% to 49%. Only 22% think it will get better.

Harry Reid own state are 52% against, 45% for. 54% of Nevadan's don't like Reid.

Thia same Gallop poll is pretty much in line with the Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Polling about the public option appears to be sensitive to question wording. In the Gallup poll, respondents were asked: “If Congress passes a health care bill, do you think it should or should not include a public, government-run insurance plan to compete with plans offered by private insurance companies?” Fifty percent said the bill should include a public option, and 46 percent said it should not.

Higher support for the public option was found in the CNN/O.R.C. poll, which did not mention Congress. Respondents were asked: “Now thinking specifically about the health insurance plans available to most Americans, would you favor or oppose creating a public health insurance option administered by the federal government that would compete with plans offered by private health insurance companies?” Sixty-one percent said they favored it, and 38 percent opposed it.
