Slightly off-topic, but has anyone seen the video clips of the clean-up and remediation work that's been required at the Standing Rock protest site? It was a story put together by a local network news affiliate, not "fake news" (as both sides are taking to call information that does not fit with their personal worldview). It seriously looked like a landfill. They had heavy, earth-moving equipment in to deal with it all, due to the sheer scale of the mess. It was amazing and head-shake worthy, especially considering the entire point of the protest was about the environment and all.

Defiantly entering a local farm along with her sister Sophie and a small group of other protesters, the two spoiled brats then set up their bake sale where they displayed energy-themed cakes as part of a Greenpeace-backed protest stunt.
But the farmer who owned the land wasn’t having it. Shortly after witnessing the trespassing, he cranked up his tractor, firing up the manure sprayer that was hooked to the back of it.

Since thats private land, and presumably more than 20 acres, would it be legal to set up metal targets right next to the tents and start having some target practice? Obviously you would never point a gun at anybody but shooting targets right next to the tent seems completely legal in this instance?

Now that's big time funny! While I'm probably not in favor of fracking, they had no business on his property. I thought he was being much nicer than I would have been. I'd turned that sucker on full blast and slowly backed it right into the tents.
