I'm of the attitude that it's not my position to judge others. If I believe others are living a sinful life, it's not my responsibility to ostracize them or prevent them from doing things that are legally allowed.

If some guy prefers hardwood to carpet, that's between them and God. It's not up to me to judge them. My religious training indicated that God would not look kindly on me if I judged my fellow man, which is something reserved for God on Judgement Day.

I believe that God created all men and that all men are created equal. That applies to women too. That doesn't leave me much room for not allowing people (who are wired differently then me) to prefer romantic relationships with member of their own sex. I don't think God made a mistake. I think God gave us a test to see if we would follow his way or if we would judge those we view as different.

I don't see LGBT rights. I see human rights.

I would venture there is more to the story here. In general, I am sick of this outrage machine that gets ginned up on both sides when someone's private conduct gets drawn into the public eye and then they should be fired from their job?

Being judgmental cuts both ways. Those who believe that the Bible includes immoral sexual behavior to include many things, often feel the anger and judgement of others even though they RESPECTFULLY disagree. I agree that We do not judge anyone in the eternal realm. However, that shouldn't preclude us from stating what the Bible tells us is right while on earth. While Jesus was and is Love, he and his disciples still werenot totally silent on issues of morality.

Im sure you didn't mean it this way and text is difficult to read the tone, but some of the words you used felt a little like you were being Judgmental. This is why it's a difficult issue to discuss but again, that cuts both ways.
