according to one of the leaked emails Soros emailed Hillary and told her her immediate attention was needed in dealing with opposition demonstrations in Albania. He wanted pressure put on Albanian prime minister and appointment of specific european to act as a mediator. 3 days after the email, the EU sent his recommened nominee to mediate the civil unreast.
