At no point did I say, infer, imply, suggest, or hint that Hillary was less duplicitous than Trump.

I don't dislike Trump because he's "not conservative enough". I dislike him because he's an absolute jackass. That doesn't mean I like Hillary. It just means I don't care for Trump.

Fairness tax? WTF is "Fairness tax"?

From what I read it is "adjustment" in the tax code to be fairer, changes in how capital gains are taxed (normal income), death tax increase, something called a "fair share surcharge".

I haven't found any source that says she has proposed changing capital gains to normal income taxation. That would be a huge overhaul of the system. I didn't see anything about specific changes on her website.

But I do think I found several sources suggesting the change that I think you're thinking of. The proposed change is that carried interest capital gains would be taxed at normal income levels. Taxing carried interest at normal income levels is a much less drastic, and much less controversial, policy.

I think you are right. I have heard her say and have read more than once that she thinks that carried interest capital gains should be taxed at normal income rates. I have never heard her say that ALL capital gains should be taxed at the normal income rates. Of Course, a President can't make any changes to the tax codes without Congressional approval. Taxing all capital gains at normal income rates would probably be impossible to pass (at least without some other off-setting tax cuts like a reduction in the rates etc.).
