I would love to see exactly how these schemes get hatched. Who proposes it, how they get chosen, who got the check, how were they connected, which politician/lobbyist got compensated, etc.

I think it probably always existed, but over the past decade, it evolved more and more toward woke **** as the lefties running it didn't feel as obligated to hide the stated reason. It probably was more of a giggle and a middle finger to normies. One, because they didn't think anyone would ever look, and two, because the ones in power were on their side.

This is why the people in government need to go. They aren't in government to work for the citizens, they are just pissing away our money paying their friends for producing nothing. Kicking it back to politicians who would ensure the grift train keeps moving.
