Why does EVERY terrible, self serving, unsustainable spending measure in the history of the Federal Government have to be looked at as unchangeable?
I'm sick and tired of hearing about "already made promises" which in many cases are little (if anything) more than built in automatic increases supposedly tied to inflation but which in fact is almost always far in excess of inflation. As if it's some kind of mortal sin to EVER have a reduction.
