That is what so damaging with the latest release - there is no more arguing on whether there was emails that were classified or not. Those 22 emails supposedly contained information from special access programs. That means someone in Hillary staff somehow moved that information from the classified system to a non-classified system. It does not happen by accident. That is illegal. And all that information on her server has very likely been compromised - e.g. Former Obama Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has saidand if e-mails were classified when sent.

Snopes is run by a couple of left wing fanatics.
I read that the picture was originally released by FreakingNews that does photoshopping. And that another picture they released was digitally enhanced. I didn't see where it said THIS picture was in fact faked.
Ergo, it's not proved fake. Ergo, it's real.

So..... A preponderence of emails containing classified material is found on the discarded, private, unencrypted email server of Hillary Rodham Clinton. An email from her was discovered directing that certain classified documents be scrubbed of their classification, in order for them to be transmitted to her more quickly, yet we think she may not be quilty of anything? Her defense is that none of the emails containing classified information were marked as classified,well no ****!!! These are facts.
I don't think it is possible to convict her of anything, not because she didn't break the law, but because you aren't going to get a jury of 12 people willing to put aside partisanship and convict the frontrunner for President.
