            I sort of see Sebelius' point on that little maternity coverage exchange with the lady from NC. If a company offers a health plan it usually provides the same coverage for everyone enrolled. A single male won't pay less than a female because he doesn't need the maternity coverage in the overall plan.

            That said, the over-arching issue is that single men don't have a legal option to purchase individual coverage that doesn't include maternity coverage. That's the point Sebelius is missing entirely. She doesn't seem to understand the difference in a group selecting or negotiating an insurance plan that's right for them vs. a government mandate that drives costs and prices higher.

            Why am I not surprised.
