Calling WState for a clip insert

Here's your chance to post one right on cue... We need a cricket chirping for the profound absence of Mr. Lib himself, KC11.

Amazing how that conservative giant of a news organization, CBS, inflicts some serious damage on the Obama/Clinton passenger ship, Titanic II last night.

    Calling WState....
Above all, make the right call.

Can the Secretary of State give a four star general orders to stand down? Honest question.

It is so funny, because he is so predictable. When Obama went into the bunker, so did KC! When Obama craps, KC wipes!

KC still doesn't think Fast and Furious was a blunder. Yeah, we've almost forgot the Fast and Furious debacle.

They are organized and predictable, if nothing. The "move" away from liberal (seen as a bad word, rightfully so) to progressive was seen by many as a further attempt to cloud the leaders true motives.
C'mon you two, he's just down standing in line at his doctor's office in case he needs treatment sometime next year, what with the new waiting lists about to take place and all.

I know this is off topic, but what kills me is that almost more than anything (and it may be more than anything) what is it that the left wants?

They want the haves to have less, and the have nots to have more, right? So what happens when they are in charge?

The gap between the 2 GROWS OUT OF CONTROL! The less have less and the more have more! Can't they understand they are failing, and failing massively?

I think that the state department is in charge of security, and while the military does not answer directly to Hillary and her crew, since she served at the pleasure of the president her wishes were heeded.
An “Old West” Texas analysis and summary of Mueller report and Congress’ efforts in one sentence:

"While we recognize that the subject did not actually steal any horses, he is obviously guilty of trying to resist being hanged for it."

So Obama gave the order based on Hillary's advice?

More than likely with the recommendation of the SECDEF as well, Kung WU. Keep in mind if the SECDEF had stated, and stuck by his guns later on, that the military was totally prepared and could have troops on the ground in sufficinet time to protect our Americans under attack and Obama and/or Hillary vetoed making the effort, this would have been the kiss of death for both of them.

Well, maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps in days gone bye, not sure about today's environment.

There are so many conflicting statements about who was present in the War Room and who was not and what times they were there and what they were doing when they were not present. I have never seen anything saying the order to stand down came from the POTUS. It's the old liberal trick of creating confusion and never admitting to anything. There is a long period of time during this whole screw-up in which Obama wasi missing entirely. And his staff, when repeatedly questioned, by the media, has never revealed where he was or what he was up to.

What we know for fact is that this whole thing involved one of the SECSTATE's primary areas of concern. Since this is undeniable, Hillary, in the absence of Obama and his smiling side kick, was likely to have been in charge.

And from reports, we know that the SECDEF was involved in determining the military situation and the feasibility of attempting to rescue our fellow Americans under attack.

The SECDEF would have made a recommendation to whomever was in charge at that time, after no doubt coordinating it with the CIA, who had some support in the immediate area, and the SECSTATE and possibly a few others.

So who made the final decision? In order, my guess would be Obama, or in his absence, SECSTATE, and last, SECDEF.

As far as who actually issued or transmitted the order to Stand Down, this would have been sent out through the military chain of command by SECDEF to the alerted military units.

Your right - because this scandal is not about the 60 minutes story because it is about the Coverup and the Lies that the White House and State department and specifically the lies of Susan Rice - remember what they told us - it was a peaceful protest of Libyans in response to a Youtube move on Muhammid and somehow the Consulate caught fire and the peacefull demonstrating Libyans pulled the ambassador from the building and dragged him 6 miles behind a toyota truck to a hospital.

Why cover something up if it is not a scandal?

In exclusive communications obtained by CNN, one insider writes, “You don’t jeopardize yourself, you jeopardize your family as well.”
Another says, “You have no idea the amount of pressure being brought to bear on anyone with knowledge of this operation.”
Is CNN also making this up?

KC, the most blinded by partisaship person on this board, accusing others of the same is funny. Very, very funny.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.
