Okay, so the odds of it ever happening are really slim, but the guy makes a few decent points about it. There are things that the country as a whole supports and the State Legislatures would support that will never get accomplished in Washington. On the flip side though, you could risk drastic and unforseen changes as everything is on the table if I remember the process correctly.
