Secretary of State Rubio told Panama that it must stop the Chinese influence over the Panama Canal area, or the U.S. will take action. The State Department has determined that China's presence in the Panama Canal violates the provisions of the treaty by President Carter that turned the canal over in 1999. Panama leader said to bad, so sad and "he was not afraid of a US invasion and offered talks."
