NEW: Rand Paul has questions about the federal govt’s disaster relief aid to CA:
“There is a question, I think President-elect Trump has brought this up. Are the people out there capable of spending the money wisely?
"Are there, manmade or governmental reasons why fires are increasing in California but decreasing in Texas?
" "The NIH spent $759 million on diversity, equity and inclusion. There's a lot of money like that throughout government. Let's cut those things and move it over to disaster."

People are acting like the L.A. wildfires are over. 24 are now known dead. The media is no longer covering the fires 24 hrs. Dangerous winds are expected today.
Today, the Palisades Fire is mostly uncontained. 14% contained. The Eaton fire is 33% contained. The Hurst fire is 89%.
The Brush being contained by the government (controlled fires) has been warned about for years. Now when the fires hit the LA richest (Malibu, etc) the crap hits the fan. The windy conditions aren’t new. Drought conditions at certain times of the year is not new. California is a one party state, and their priorities and problem solving capabilities aren’t new. They spend billions on the homeless, and illegals but cut the fire departments, and do not spend to reserve water from their mountains, nor the take salt out of ocean water for reservoirs. Their local reservoir has zero water in it. The Delta Smelt fish is protected, but water for people is not.
They haven’t even tried to solve these problems prior to this once in a lifetime L.A. fire. what will they do when they get another astronomical earthquake which we know will happen because they always do.
