No doubt there is more to come over Biden's final two weeks in office. Looking forward to what I expect to be a pretty extensive list of preemptive and broad pardons to many folks involved in the weaponization of the judicial systems against political opponents and those involved in allow the foreign invasion at the southern border. Perhaps a few other nuggets.

After all if you are thought by many to be the worst president since James Buchanan and possibly the worst ever you might as well finish off with a bang and remove all doubt.

REPORT: Nat'l Security Advisor, Biden Discussed Bombing Iran Nuclear Facilities Before Trump Inauguration

Although the Biden administration has been soft on Iran throughout their tenure, an Axios report claims that as they continue preparing to depart the White House, the president and his National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan discussed a preemptive strike on the Islamic Republic to slow their nuke development.

The discussion was not prompted by any new information, but reports indicate that Iran is getting uncomfortably close to acquiring nukes:

A U.S. official with knowledge of the issue said the White House meeting was not prompted by new intelligence or intended to end in a yes or no decision from Biden. Instead, it was part of a discussion on "prudent scenario planning" of how the U.S. should respond if Iran were to take steps like enriching Uranium to 90% purity before Jan. 20, the official said.

Scary stuff:

• Iran increased its Uranium enrichment to 60%, close enough to the 90% level needed to produce a nuclear weapon that Iran's advanced centrifuges could accomplish it in a matter of days.
• According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iran has enough 60%-enriched uranium to make four nuclear bomb

The Biden team likes to brag that their policies made Iran weaker—but if that’s true, how are they so close to getting the bomb?

The Biden administration on Monday announced the transfer of 11 Yemeni detainees, including two former bodyguards for Osama bin Laden, being held at a U.S. naval base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba to Oman, which has agreed to help re-settle them, amid steps to reduce the population at the controversial military facility.

All of the men were captured in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks and were held for more than two decades without being charged or put on trial, the New York Times reported.

"The United States appreciates the willingness of the government of Oman and other partners to support ongoing U.S. efforts focused on responsibly reducing the detainee population and ultimately closing the Guantanamo Bay facility," the Defense Department said in a statement.

Good timing coming on the heels of the New Orleans Islamic terrorist attack.

My position is the any preemptive pardons issued by Joe Biden are essentially an admission that the person pardoned has committed a crime or crimes.

Why would that be fun? Biden clearly has dementia. Is the idea of abusing/mocking the elderly seem fun to you? Maybe push a couple blue hairs down a flight of stairs to watch how they stumble and die?

If you'll permit me to offer up a history lesson since I am the unanointed resident custodian of perspective and reality: There was a time, when Rush Limbaugh and Co. urged us all to get our rifles and march on Washington because Obamacare was the precursor to death panels and the systematic elimination of old Republicans. It was a war on the elderly Faux Reality News proclaimed! It made sense because those damned Atheist Abortionist Democrats couldn't give two titties about the miracle of life, much less Biblical doctrine on respecting elders and such. They are "the party of the young" and they're looking to shut us out FOREVER!!! ...with death panels.

Fast-forward to today, and the Repu-Trumpers have non-stop mocked Biden over his age. A recent poll showed 85% of Protestant caucasians identify as Republican. I wouldn't even be surprised if there are pastors on Sunday who crack jokes about Biden's dementia.

In a stunning move, the president (for a few more hours, at least) issued a pre-emptive pardon for Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci, and all the members of the January 6th committee, including Liz Cheney (plus the members of the capital and metro DC police who testified before the January 6 committee). A statement, no doubt written by Biden's handlers, declared that he still supports the "rule of law" but was forced to abuse his power to protect his partisan allies because of "extraordinary circumstances."

He has deeply abused his power to protect people from the repercussions of the law while repeatedly claiming to be "defending democracy." Does handing out pardons like candy for unspecified crimes while claiming the recipients didn't do anything wrong sound like defending democracy to you? This is the move of a third-world dictator, not a President of the United States.

Since these pardons do not cover future actions, make these people come in and testify, forcing them to either lie again or admit they lied before. That will expose the pardons as a sham or lead to their prosecution. No one should get off the hook easily here.
