Matt Gaetz will be the Attorney General. Not sure about that one. We'll see how it goes assuming he can get Senate approval.

Tulsi Gabbard with be the Director of National Intelligience.

If one researches the 2016, transition from Obama to Trump, CHAOS was the way it happened. Comey, and Brennan created the Russian hoax, and surveillance the President Elect. Obama bureaucrats created chaos, by hiding past dealings with other governments. The Deep State was formed by the FBI, CIA, and all of the other bureaucrats at the behest of Obama.

I hope that this transition goes more smoothly.

I remember believing in all those same things too. Fortunately, I no longer do. Trump was/is a degree of threat to America that remains to be fully quantified. This is a product of his personal/moral/emotional malignancies.

But to be fair, he potentially offers a degree of promise. I originally voted for him as a chaos agent. I sought change. I thought his moral shortcomings were not so large as to conflict with his/my joint vision for America. I was proven VERY wrong on that during his term.

He's now in his final act; America is a country of second chances. We'll see if he can create a net good (accidentally or otherwise) for EVERYONE by the time he leaves office.

Definitely wishing him (US) the best.

$800B military budget in the hands of a Fox News talk show contributor w/ zero executive experience.

Let me make this a bit more clearer and local for ya'll: Imagine Spirit Aerosystems promoting a sheet metal fabricator to CEO over the weekend. Should work out swimmingly right? That's the equivalent of what we are seeing here.

Trump basically just filled the position with a non-candidate so there's zero chance a single one of his Napoleonic battlefield mastermind utterances gets questioned.
I can't believe that Trump didn't consult with you before filling this position. I'm sure you are way more qualified at hiring folks to the correct positions than he is.

That's most likely true. He and I aren't on the... umm... same wavelength, that's for sure.

You can judge a pick by the folks getting bent by the pick. And it appears that all the right people are getting bent by a lot of these picks.

This could become a very big problem for the man-child (or should I say us). Glad Thune got the position. Senate majority leader is the 2nd most powerful position in Washington. One guardrail is in place! We could use another. The Dems will be a big one in two years when they take back the House.
Sounds like a complete unbiased, neutral, Republican statement.

Looks like he played all 4 seasons at Princeton although was a never a regular in the lineup. Certainly won't see that in today's basketball world.

Yeah, I don't understand this one. He has integrity issues, but maybe this is his face-saving way to quit the house so the ethics probe would end.

And Republicans in the house were ecstatic. DeSantis will name a better person to replace him.

I'm sure I sound just like a former Trumper that has become a Never Trumper; one who is highly suspicious of a man that has failed several executive and character tests in the past.

I'm sorry if my confidence in speaking my beliefs frightens you. My principles aren't for sale. I will not negotiate with myself - for this person - one more second.

I do wish him the best (mental state) though... for the sake of the country.
