Arizona is trying to pass a law that would make annoying or offending someone using electronic or digital devices illegal.
How can you have any freedom of speech if annoying or offending language is a crime?? What's even more scary is this bill had bi-partisan support!
Horowitz said everything from calling Sandra Fluke a "slut" on his radio show to Sen. Al Franken's book, "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot" could be viewed as criminal acts if the bill becomes a law.
