If he is indeed trying to lower the "escapes" from prescribed burns, this will be the best time to make those reviews. He believes it will take no more than 90 days to make the reviews and changes. Actually, I'm a little surprised they do any prescribed burns June-August (weather/tourist season).

Now, if they expand that timeline past September, I would definitely be much more concerned.
