My goodness. SGA debated over meaningful, but culturally insignificant issues to WSU students when I was attending. Man, things are changing quickly. And it’s scary.

I first saw this brewing on twitter Friday. I'm glad the university has stayed out of it so far. But if she does get disciplined by the SGA, which as I understand would not be allowed by their own rules, it should step in. I haven't heard if anything came of the idiot's demands.

I would say that WSU students need to get those fascists out of SGA, but it would be a waste of breath and bytes.

This kind of insanity writ large started with the Joseph Sheppard presidency. He should have been prosecuted for the hit job that he and his supporters did on PH's personal character and presidency of WSU SGA (not to mention that of her family).

That said, this has long been brewing at WSU and every campus across the USA. And people I really liked and respected during my time at WSU are endorsing it.

So if you are a Conservative who believes in Capitalism, you also must be a White Supremacist. There is so much logic in that statement. I think of Russian Socialism (Communism) Totalitarianism. Everyone knows that Russia is made up of a majority of non-whites and Karl Marx, the father of Socialism is also dark skinned. It is so logical. What a waste of time.

I think there are a lot of people who think they are communist/socialist and give knee-jerk support to any leftist idea carrot that gets dangled in front of them, without a clue or care what the real consequences of those ideas are. They cry out about preventing totalitarianism and facism, yet hold the front door open and enthusiastically invite it in with a smile and a handshake.
