    Could it be that way he the US has just given up a portion of the Oklahoma territory? Not sure what this means, but fly over country might be able to create its own countries based on Native American law.

    Legal authority over virtually half of Oklahoma – home to 1.8 million residents and including Tulsa, its second-largest city – was at issue.

          I don't have an opinion one way or the other at this point, but I will say at face value this is going to make a lot of lawyers really, really rich.

            It’s not clear how anything other than jurisdiction is impacted. The descenting opinion was that this opens up everything. The majority opinion is that this is very narrow in scope.
