poll trends show that maybe Perry newness has wore off and maybe not everybody is thrilled with what they see with him.

Romney numbers have been in slow decline - though the polls hint that some supporters who deserted for Perry have came back.

Paul support is running 6-10% and even though he won the straw poll doesn't seem to be gaining wide support.

Bachman support is similiar to Paul.

Palin support trend is actually trending up a little (but this may be due to some polls don't include her). I still don't see her getting in - she is in the perfect position to play her rock star role and be a pretender. If she ever ran she would be exposed and would no longer be relevant.

It would be interesting to see how Reagan was polling in similar period for reference purposes. But overall poll trends are not very inspiring.
