Anyone actually following the content of the released files?

Anonymous calls to the UK press a half hour before the assassination. Oswald meeting with a KGB assassin in Mexico (and our government knew that about a month before he killed JFK). And the CIA brainstorming things like faked terrorist bombings in Miami. And most likely the real crazy stuff is still under review to be released.

I think more than anything our government is a mess run by pathetic people we can't get rid of ... I know, let's give them MORE control over our lives!

Documents lend credence to nearly every plausable conspiracy theory out there.

Soviets were likely not behind it. They liked Kennedy. They knew next to nothing on Johnson. When they did research LBJ, they claimed to have evidence that he was behind the assassination of JFK. In fact, they went so far as to call it a coup.

This one says the surgeon generals original report stated two shooters, and Oswalds bullet was not the fatal shot. It also claims a bullet hole in the windshield.

Speaking of Bobby, he also got a letter from Alfred Hiller claiming to know the whole story. Interestingly enough, if you have watched Hunting Hitler, you know that this could be contact from the former German leader.

J Edgar Hoover said that they needed to convince the public that Oswald was the killer. Oswald had chosen and attorney, Abt, who the FBI knew could get Owsald off the hook.

There are more files (I don't have the links readily available) that show the CIA plotting to assassinate world leaders, show a connection between Oswald and the man who shot him, Ruby (Rubenstien), show a connection between LBJ and the KKK, interviews saying that the night before the assassination LBJ was talking about not having to deal with the Kennedy's any more, connections between the CIA and the mafia, MLK assassination documents, documents showing the Black Panthers plotting to assassinate peaceful NAACP members, a very strong connection to Cuba, and much much more.
