I see it as breaking news on FoxNews.com but there's nothing I can click on yet. Says a Saudi national has been arrested in Texas on charges of attempted use of weapon of mass destruction. Really wish I could find some details and if I do I'll share. Wish I were around a TV about now. It wouldn't surprise me if it is the case, but I'll wait until we find out a little more. Interesting development though...

Saudi Citizen in Texas Charged in Suspected Bombing Plot

A Saudi Arabian citizen suspected of planning a terrorist attack using explosive chemicals has been arrested by the FBI.

Khalid Aldawsari, a 20-year-old college student near Lubbock, Texas, allegedly targeted the Dallas home of former President George W. Bush. He was arrested late Tuesday on a federal charge of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

“Yesterday’s arrest demonstrates the need for and the importance of vigilance and the willingness of private individuals and companies to ask questions and contact the authorities when confronted with suspicious activities,” said James T. Jacks, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.

Scary part is there are multitudes of potential attacks that are broken up by law enforcement each year and we never hear about them.

No doubt. Eventually, one of these guys/groups is going to be at least somewhat successful.
