If they ever need to report on musicians having sex on the golf course in severe weather during work hours while a film plays in the background, they're set!

Sounds like a bunch of fun Gen-Ed classes.

Well, I can write that Harvard offers some pretty silly classes as well, and some professors will do everything they can NOT to fail a student. I did seem to study more at Harvard though than I did at WSU and at KU. Mainly, it was to keep up with the students and not look like an idiot when called on in class. Something which I failed regularly. It's very competitive.

I agree. So he took some crazy classes. I would have taken some too.

The point is we WSU grads don't pretend to be something we're not

But, I have a BGS degress from WSU (Bachelors of General Studies) and there is no way I could have graduated in the time I did by taking that many of "those" classes.

For example, I took American Hero. American Hero was no piece of cake, though I did notice a lot of athletes (sometimes) in class.

I always wanted to take a look at the essay portion of Henry Carr's tests.

Except when half your fans put on KU shirts in March. :D

Hey, the "Harvard" thing was cool to say like 100 years ago. I whole-heartedly apologize for any KU alum who uses that phrase in a serious manner. Lord knows KU is not crowded with Rhodes scholars. Somehow we do rank pretty highly in USN&WR (especially in this region) fwiw.

Don't really see any evidence that this happens although I know a lot of our fans became big Bradley supporters a couple years back. :yahoo:

It may come as a surprise to many non-Shockers but several Shockers on this board have been known to have attended an Ivy :good:

Bad memories about that one, tgc. I had KU and WSU meeting in the elite eight (or final four, can't remember which). Came close on one end of it, anyway.

How many years was he in college? That's a lot of throw-away classes.

Only one I ever took like that was coaching baseball. I got an A. lol

Some of my favorite "class" memories are from playing basketball for credit. College was awesome.
