They are saying Cassel is out for at least 2 weeks best case.

IDK, i was watching NFL network and they had a doctor on there, and he said he thinks Cassel should be able to go this week.

just saying what the KC star and KWCH said last night.

Chiefs are looking at a best-case scenario of losing Cassel for at least two weeks, this Sunday's game at San Diego and the following week at St. Louis.
They could also be using this as a smokescreen to not show their hand and then Cassel will play.

Isn't there a rule about how you can list players and their probability of playing?

Like if you list a player as questionable (I think that means 50/50) then 1/2 of the players you list as questionable have to play or there is some kind of repercussion.

Maybe I am dreaming.....I just remember there being something to prevent a team from putting a guy as doubtful and then having them play all the time to mislead the other team.

If he does play this weekend, don't expect a 300 yd, 4 TD, no interception type of day. They will probably go pretty conservative.

I think SD has a higher chance of losing one of their last three games than does KC.

Chances of winning this game at SD is not that good, even with Cassel. Even being conservated with Cassel is probably a type of game that Croyle could run anyway.

Not sure I'd take the chance that something worse might happen to the repaired area.

Jamaal Charles agrees to a 5 year contract extension worth 32 million and 13 million guaranteed. I like how Pioli does business.

Oakland lost 38 to 31 sweet! Go Chiefs!
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kickass ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Croyle starting for the Chiefs. I'm just hoping the Chiefs D is playing good.
