I have much to be thankful for this year.
When I take the time to give thanks to God for all the ways he's been good to me (even when I haven't always been the man he's wanted me to be) I couldn't imagine a better life.
I will enjoy my first Thanksgiving today with my new wife, and I'm looking forward to new family memories like the ones I had with my own family over the years.

I'm extremely bitter this thanksgiving for reasons I will not discuss here. It is hard to be thankful when stuff like what happened happens but even with the things that have happened I still realize how fortunate I am.
We live in the greatest country of the world, though some might argue this. It is true, America is still great. I have a great family, a great home, and I can still play basketball every day of the year. That's big because basketball is my stress relief.
