  • [KC Chiefs] Week 5 vs. Indianapolis

I think KC has a legitimate chance at winning this game. Indy hasn't been able to do much in the running game, and though that is not there game plan, I don't think Peyton can beat us by just throwing all the time.

In both of their loses, Indy has had the ball run down their throat, including by Jacksonville, who has had an anemic passing attack. The Chiefs just ran all over one of the best run defenses in the league and now face a bad run defense.

Winning in Indy is never easy, but they are more beatable than in some years, and running the ball is the key to beating them, so the Chiefs have a chance.

Color me stunned. The Chefs have looked more than competent this season and nothing at this point would surprise me as to an outcome of an NFL game. I haven't seen 1 team yet that looks solid in all 3 major facets of the game.

I just think the biggest factor so far, has been that some of good young talent like Dorsey, Albert, and Derrick Johnson has the coaching to develop them. I still say the biggest offseason big up was Romero Crennel, he sucks as a head coach, but rocks as a DC. Im sure New England wants him back.

The Chiefs are simply not good enough to leave points off the board. I have no clue what Haley was thinking going on the road and pretty much giving Indy a free 3 points from the start. And then to go for it on 4th and goal. It should be at worst, 3-3 right now. Instead, it's 6-0.

Just because you're 3-0 doesn't mean you need to start acting like you're 13-0.

And because of that, Kansas City has a big fat goose egg on the scoreboard right now.

Last minute went perfectly for the Chiefs. 6-3, still in the game.

They need to take more shots down the field......

I would've liked to see a replay of that 3rd down pass.

Yea it was questionable after 5 yards.
