The neighbors played a huge role in apprehending these wastes of space. When people choose to get involved in things like this the police have a much better chance to close the case. Because of the neighbors these people are looking at significant jail time.

Although unrelated (obviously) when planned, this event: Groups hope march will unite Wichitans, might be happening at just the right time. Hopefully, they can spread the word. A similar event in early April at North High saw more than 1500 people take to the streets.

It is in the Barrio they do not want to incite the Hispanic contingent.

The police should open up their firing range and provide weapon instruction to gang members. The concepts of shooting straight and identifying your target would really help the community out. Maybe they could actually start shooting each other instead of unintended targets.
