Black musicians/performers coming to IBA now that the "outgoing" GM is leaving???

The story broke yesterday that he was quitting due to family issues but the media dug up dirt he was mistreating a co-worker due to the employee being married to an African American.

A buddy of mine had me get him front row seats to that...however, not sure front row is the place to be. He's having trouble finding someone to go with, I may have to go with him just to check it out.

              That is not inherently true.

              If only you knew....

And the reason there have been no "black musicians/performers" to IBA is because they simply don't sell. Anytime they had an act go through the Coliseum, the concerts were about half-full. This is a money-making venture for SMG and they will land acts that sell. Cry all you want, but rap isn't selling here.

              ... No really, deuces.

I don't know about that shockerfever, I had always thought the power 93.9 holiday jams drew pretty well. But then again I've never been to one, so I honestly have no idea. I did think the last time Snoop Dogg was here, his concert sold out. The problem is, rap just isn't what it used to be anymore. Back in the days of Ice Cube, Warren G, Snoop, 2pac, I bet Wichita could have sold out a rap concert no problem. Now the rap industry is stuck with guys like Lil Wayne, 50 cent... heck can anybody even name anymore mainstream rappers these days? I can't. IBA is going to book the big sellers, and right now that is country.

I am very intrested to see if we get that WWE pay per view within 2 to 5 years that Vince McMahon supposedly promised us once we got the new arena up and running
