    We have the same problem here as well and it's only going to get worse as our gov't is scared to do anything about it.

      Its so disgusting.

      The comment about cutting benefits for more than 1 kid is spot on.

      State aid for 1 child, fine (not really but the crying libs need their voting base) but with 2 criteria:

      1)Identify the father. He's going to pay as well.

      2)Mother goes on Norplant as long as she collects state aid. She stops, the money stops. Same thing for the father.

          Also there should be drug testing and if they can't pass the drug tests then they don't keep the kids or get money.
