Thats greatly underestimating the potential for this storm. I use potential carefully because it can hype things up. It will probably end up being around that amount. Current models are predicting an INCH of liquid precip and with temps being in the 20's Sunday night or Even Monday night (storm is slowing down) ratios could be any where from 12-1 or as much as 20-1.
