Chiefs expect Berry to make immediate impact

The Chiefs traded back into the third round and drafted Iowa tight end Tony Moeaki. Moeaki should get a chance for immediate playing time.

This pick was a little too costly(4th and 5th round pick) for a TE like this.

Not impressed with KC picks. I understand the Berry pick and he seems to have the potential to be a playmaker, but their 2nd round picks just make me go "why?"

But you use your 2nd round picks to draft RB and CB who probably two small to play every down and their real skill is returning kicks. You draft KO returners when you flush with talent everywhere else.

Then the chiefs draft a G with a 3rd round pick after in the offseason firming up the G positions.

810 in KC is reporting that McCluster will be listed as a WR not a RB and will be used as a slot receiver similar to Percy Harvin or Wes Welker

yeah I'm starting warm up a little, especially if McCluster can be effective WR.

Interesting note is a lot of their picks were team captains. Chiefs were targeting character and leadership. If this works watch somebody write a book like Moneyball for football - called Pioliball.
