They're reporting that she broke the window out to get him out of the vehicle. He was in and out of conciousness. This comes a couple of days after the National Enquirer (not sure how much stock to put in their reporting) reported Woods was having an affair with some chick in New York.

You only move an injured person (unless you are a trained medical person) out of a vehicle only if the damn thing is on fire or there is imminant danger to the occupant. I'm thinking she was hot after him when he rolled the vehicle and why would she just happen to have a golf club?

I'm guessing her instincts at the time were telling her to get him out of the vehicle. He's TIGER WOODS and I would presume that golf clubs are plentiful at the Woods household and maybe it was the first thing she grabbed. Although, it is plausible she wanted to jam a pitching wedge up his a$$ for other reasons too.

I'm thinking the same way. The way I have it pictured was he runs out of the house with her chasing him with his fairway wood. He jumps in his vehicle and she's going to town on it. He tries escaping and while trying to not run her over he plows into a fire hydrant and tree. She then drags him out of the vehicle and continues to wail on him until the police comes.

Either that he was sneaking out of the house to visit Rachel Uchitel and was so excited he lost control.

Did the wreck occur on his property? If no city property or someone elses private property was damaged during the incident I don't know if there is a whole lot the Police can do. Obviously there was no DUI evidence so I can only think the Police are trying to get lucky and see if Tiger is going to slip up and admit he was under the influence.

I doubt the Stanford guy will be stupid and do that. The case is closed.

If he did in fact hit a fire hydrant then odds are it was damaged. Not sure about the tree...
