In the spring of '94, I was taking my morning run across the Mass. Ave bridge which connects Boston and Cambridge. On the Cambridge side is MIT. The early morning fog lifted to reveal a police car on top of the dome at MIT, put up there as a prank by the students. Here's a link to some of their pranks.
