Well if it was my dad i would say Nu way. 2 Double Deluxe nu ways, a large vanilla malt, and a large tater tot. But you know your dad best and what he likes so its really impossible for anyone to say. If your thinking steak you can always go with Scotch and Sirloin.
How much you want to spend will also help. You can't go wrong with Scotch and Sirloin mentioned above, but that doesn't help if you are on a Ryans budget.
Others I like:
Larkspur
Cafe' Bel Ami
Legends at the Airport Hilton does a good buffet
I personally wasn't overly impressed with the Roadhouse. But that's me. Both my parents seem to enjoy Outback. I've never eaten there though and know nothing.
I like Angelos, Portabello Road, Doctor Redbirds, Shakeys Pizza, Dunderback's, Applegate's Landing, Pizza Inn, Charlie Browns, Selmons Bar B Que, Suzie Qs, Pizza Peddler.
But just to answer the question, I have to go with one of wushizzle's suggestions. Hog Wild Pit BBQ. Me and my dad would sneak out there at least once a week or two to dive in on some damn good grub. Best BBQ place in town and it sticks with ya. Wash it down with a nice lemonade and you're set. When I get back to the ICT in a month, that's the first place I'm taking him. Mmmm.
But don't be late.. it closes at 8.. :good:
A lot of good suggestions though.. I think I'm gonna eat now.
Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.
