ACLU Seeks to Tear Down War Memorial Crosses

While this is unfortunate, the ACLU is just attempting to enforce the separation of church and state. Hopefully the courts will find that the memorial is grandfathered in, since it existed before the site was public land. Separation of church and state is still intact and the memorial still stands... sounds like a fair compromise to me.

The ACLU will stick up for anyone who can make a case under the bill of rights, to the extent that their aims can sometimes seem contradictory. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,108140,00.html
