It looks like WSU, KU, and KSU aren't the only Kansas teams in postseason baseball. On the D2 side, I saw after reading some threads on Rivals that Emporia State is in the D2 College World Series. With a win Thursday @ 2pm, Emporia State will be in the championship game. So far, Emporia State has defeated Grand Valley 3-0 & Mesa State 5-2.

Well Emporia State won tonight 5-3 against No. 1 California-San Diego. The Hornets will be in the title game Sat @ 11am on CSTV. They will play either Lynn (Fla.) or Belmont Abbey (N.C.).
Oh and Senior LF Kellen Lane had a walkoff 2 run homerun to win with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th.Comment

they got screwed on that SB attempt.
That was a money throw by the catcher but his SS put himself out of position. The runner was clearly on the base. ANyways I caught the 7th inning on so I dont know how good of a game that was.Comment
